Each session will teach the physical fitness concept to help understand and influence a health and fitness lifestyle which will begin to develop an optimal level of fitness. Program includes: Mobile-Functional Movement -Agility-Strength and Conditioning - Sport Specific Training -Fitness Program Designed Nutrition - Speed and Explosion.

Agility, Footwork, Mobility , Conditioning, Plyometrics, Body Weight Strength, introduction to Weight Lifting and Functional Training.
Linear Speed, Sport Specific Training, Mobility, Flexibility, Strength and Conditioning.
On The MAP Academic program allows students to graduate with a diploma from an accredited online school. Each student has access to self-paced courses, engaging video lessons, and personalized instruction. There are two different graduation pathways: standard and honors.
For graduation requirements, students can select from an expansive list of courses. Core subjects, like math, language arts, and science, students can also choose electives which allows them to experiment with subjects tailored to specific fields of interest.
Standard Pathway
This pathway is recommended for students that plan to attend a community college, join the military, or enter the workforce after high school.

– Fine Arts (1.0 credit)

Honors Pathway
This pathway provides a more rigorous program of study and is recommended for students who plan to apply to competitive four-year colleges.

– Fine Arts (1.0 credit)
– Language Other Than English (2.0 credits)
– Health and P.E. (1.0 credit)

Total: 26 credits (Min. GPA: 3.0)
